Scheduling, cancellation policy, and fees
Tips for client scheduling
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A prompt response to appointment options increases the likelihood that you can secure a desirable appointment time.
Rescheduling appointments is typically time consuming for both my clients, and myself. With this in mind, please make best efforts to keep your appointments.
Before your session, review your calendar for days and times that you can schedule with me for your follow-up session. The last 2-3 minutes of each session is to arrange follow-up appointments.
Cancellation policy
I've developed the following cancellation policy to meet my client's needs while ensuring that my time is valued accordingly. Please understand that late cancellations create problems not only for me, but it also delays scheduling other clients.
48 hours are more notice - no cancellation fee
less than 48 hour notice - $25 cancellation fee
less than 24 hour notice - $50 cancellation fee
Waving cancellation fees- cancellation fees may be waived once per calendar year for emergencies (such as unforeseen medical problems, accidents, natural disasters, and severe weather events).
Evening and weekend appointments surcharge- $25
A $25 surcharge will be paid by the client at the time of scheduling (squarespace, or cash transfer).
Evening hours are determined by the time zone that Steven is working from at the time.
While I cannot guarantee that I can offer clients evening or weekend appointments, a client’s schedule will be accommodated as much as practicable.
Request by Steven Stritt to change appointments
If I request to change an existing appointment time, the client is under no obligation to accept the new time.
